Risewell is looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting women’s mental health to join the team!

Risewell offers a holistic approach to wellness and therapy, aimed at uplifting women’s lives.

Who we are

Risewell is a group psychology practice that offers a holistic approach to wellness and therapy, aimed at uplifting women’s lives. At the heart of our practice are values of inclusion, quality service, compassionate care, and authenticity. We value being human with our clients and with each other.

Our focus is primarily on working with women (and those who love them) across the lifespan related to a number of transitional and mental health issues including perinatal mental health, parenting, career, relationships, etc. We welcome and celebrate diversity in our practice, and have a passion for working with neurodivergent women.

We offer individual therapy (in-person & virtual), couple therapy, walk-and-talk therapy, and workshops. There is opportunity to run groups as well.

Who you are

You are registered as a psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. You are passionate about providing exceptional care to clients. You have experience supporting women’s mental health and are passionate about this work. You work from a trauma-informed, somatic & holistic lens. You value working in a supportive and collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates will have a solid clinical foundation, and an eagerness to expand and grow clinically. You are able to work independently and manage a caseload with professionalism and care.

You prefer to focus on clinical work rather than managing and operating a business. You don’t want to be bogged down with worries about marketing, managing websites, fielding inquiries, networking or the day to day of business management. You like the flexibility that private practice has to offer.
